SEOprofiler is an international SEO tool that works with websites from all countries that use the Roman character set (for example, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, etc.).

Technical questions

How often do you update the Link Profiler database?

We continually search the Internet for new links. For performance reasons, the link database is updated once per month. We used to have daily updates in our previous database. Unfortunately, that slowed down the indexing process.

For that reason, we update the link database once per month now. The advantage of this method is that we now can deliver up to 10 times more links than before (our link database contains more than 96 billion links).

The databases for the Google Ads Profiler and the Ranking Profiler are updated continually.

Most questions about the website audit tool are explained in the manual. If the website audit tool cannot index your website, this has usually the following reasons:

• Your web server blocks requests from AWS (Amazon Web Services) IP addresses. If your web server blocks the IP address of the website audit tool, your web pages cannot be checked. Ask your web host to remove the IP address block.
• You use a bot blocking plugin (for example in WordPress) that blocks unknown user agents. Make sure that sp_auditbot is allowed to access your web pages. Check the settings of the security plugins on your website.

How can I buy SEOprofiler and how does the special offer work?

You can pay with credit card or PayPal. SEOprofiler is a monthly subscription service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

We sometimes offer a trial period for a reduced price (or for free). When you buy the special offer, your subscription will be continued automatically after the trial period at the regular price. If you don’t want that, simply cancel your subscription during the trial perdiod. Recurring orders are non-refundable. The trial period won’t be reduced when you cancel.

Subscription products are billed on the same day every month. As months have different lengths, you’ll be billed on the 28th every month if you purchased after the 28th.

To make sure that the automatic renewals don’t come as a surprise, you can always check the next renewal date at SEOprofiler > Your account. You can also find a cancellation link there.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no termination fees or any other hidden fees. Detailed pricing information can be found on the pricing page. Depending on your credit card company, you might see a $1 entry on your credit card statement when you order the free trial of the full version. This is just a verification entry and it will disappear from your credit card statement after some days.

How do you handle refunds?

You have an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If you decide that SEOprofiler is not for you within 30 days, you will get a full refund. Just contact us through the ticket system.

Refunds are only available for your initial order and they cannot be issued after your initial month. We don’t prorate for partial months. Recurring orders are non-refundable.

Where can I view my invoices?

Your invoices are available at SEOprofiler > Your account > Account settings > Billing history.

How can I cancel my account?

If you are a paid member, go to SEOprofiler > Your account > Account settings > Billing history > Cancel subscription to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not possible after the initial month and we don’t prorate for partial months.

If you want to delete your account completely, SEOprofiler > Your account > Account settings > Plan details > Delete account. This second option is only available if you have a free account.

If you have already canceled your subscription, the cancellation link will not be visible.

How can I change my SEOprofiler plan?

If you want to change your SEOprofiler plan, just order the new plan here. Your old plan will be canceled automatically. We don’t prorate for partial months. Your project information will be available in your new plan (if the new plan supports the number of projects that you had before).

Unfortunately, you have to go through the complete ordering process when changing your plan. We’ll endeavor to improve this in future versions.

You can contact us through the ticket system. All questions are answered within 24 hours (usually much faster, except for weekends).

Do not contact our reseller FastSpring as they don’t offer product support. Contact us directly to get a reply within 24 hours:
