Wouldn’t it be nice to get the links that point to any web page that you’re visiting with a single mouse click? We have just released a new browser bookmarklet that makes this possible. Just add it to the bookmarks bar in your browser and you can analyze any website with a single click.
Just drag it to the bookmarks bar and you’re done
Just drag this button to the bookmarks bar of your web browser:
That’s all there is to it. Whenever you want to analyze the links of a web page that you are viewing, just click the ‘Analyze links’ text in your bookmarks bar and you will get an analysis of the links that point to the page.
Why should you analyze the links of the web pages that you visit?
There can be a variety of reasons why you might want to analyze the links that point to a particular website or page.
For example, the links that point to a website can help you to find out why a web page has high rankings on Google and other search engines. You can check the words that are used to link to a page, how many links the particular page has, etc.
You can also check the links of a website to find out whether the website is popular or not. If you find a website that should link to your site, a quick analysis of the links that point to the site will help you to get a better idea of the quality of a website.
Here’s an example:
Say you’re surfing the web and you find a cool site about running. Wouldn’t it be nice to get a link from that website if your website also has to do with running? Just click the ‘Analyze links’ button in your bookmarks bar and you will get a Link Profiler page in your current project:
The links are automatically filtered by the page that you have viewed. Use the menu on the left to learn more about the links that point to the site. You can also use the filters to work with the links that point to the site.
If you think that it would be nice to get a link from a site, click the “Add to Link Manager” button on the analysis page to add the site to the Link Manager tool in SEOprofiler:
The Link Manager in SEOprofiler will get further information about the website, and it will also show you ways to contact the owner of the other website so that you can suggest a link to your site:
Analyzing the links of the web pages that you visit has never been easier. If you have multiple SEOprofiler projects, the link analysis page will automatically be opened in the project that you are currently working on.
It even works with the free SEOprofiler plan
The new bookmarklet works with any SEOprofiler plan, including the free plan. If you don’t have an SEOprofiler account yet, you can create your free account here:
