On Twitter, Google’s Gary Illyes confirmed that Google likes breadcrumb navigation links.
In general, Google likes websites that provide a good user experience and websites with a clear navigation. Breadcrumb navigation helps shows how a website can be found within a site, for example: Homepage > Shoes > Sneakers > Adidas > Campus > Blue
