Google’s John Mueller said on Twitter that it’s not necessary to use Dublin Core tags. Dublin Core meta tags can be used to describe digital resources (video, images, web pages, etc.), as well as physical resources such as books or CDs, and objects like artworks.
Recently saw someone recommend implementing Dublin Core for service area businesses. @marthavanberkel sine you're the smartest person I know regarding Schema, is that an impactful recommendation? @JohnMu does G care about DC.Title, DC.Description or DC.Subject if Schema exists?

I'd just use normal titles & descriptions.
